Responsibilities
• Lead the planning of the integration of work packages. This will include overall planning, coordination and scheduling of all IT delivery projects.
• Manage an IT Master Plan to align with project requirements.
• Prepare necessary project PMO documents.
• Create a master work breakdown structure, master schedule, and coordinate project implementation within the overall project and across Fraser Health and PHSA-TS groups.
• Oversee risk, issue, and scope change management processes related to the IT deliverables.
• Liaise, collaborate, and work with FHA IMIT at Central City, through the IMIT Project expediters, to ensure that the IT deliverables are aligned with corporate & regional IT initiatives and are being prioritized and met.
• Liaise, collaborate and work with Clinical Planning and Operations to ensure that the IT delivery remains aligned with clinical needs and priorities.
• Ensure the IT team will liaise, collaborate and work with the Redevelopment Equipment team, to ensure that the medical equipment IT infrastructure needs are addressed and taken into account in the designs and specifications
• Work with the Redevelopment IMIT infrastructure/compliance group, builder engineering/systems providers and PHSA-TS architects to ensure that the IT delivery projects remain aligned with IT Master Plan and meeting requirements.
• Work with, coordinate and direct the IT delivery teams, to ensure that the IT delivery plans and schedules are aligned and consistent with the construction design process, construction schedules and builder commissioning plans.
• Ensure consistency of project planning and status reporting across the multiple IT delivery projects and adherence to the Redevelopment Project Lifecycle and PHSA-TS / FHA lifecycles needs.
• Manage the project change control process and escalate significant changes as necessary.
• Work with the IMIT Core Team on major scope change assessments, decision-making and implementation schedule changes.
• Develop the Technical Go-LIVE plan by gathering input from the delivery teams for the build/configure, test, and Go-LIVE of the various IT capabilities to enable DB commissioning, IM applications and clinical operations.
• Support and provide guidance to the overall project Go-LIVE planning, transition teams, and the support and sustainment organizations to ensure a smooth transition to operations.
• Develop the transition plan and provide assistance on meeting IT production turnover requirements of receiving departments.

Qualifications
Mandatory

• 10 years of experience in an IT infrastructure project delivery role leading, planning, prioritizing and executing on multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, changing / reactionary priorities environment.
• Able to efficiently prioritize and structure clear and unclear workloads.
• Subject matter understanding and project management experience in IT
• Open to rolling up your sleeves, applying subject matter understanding and project management expertise, to dive into the details to uncover optimal solutions to technical design, implementation and hand-over sustain problems.
• Strong team building, motivational and communication skills, interacting with internal and external partners.

Desirable

• 7 years IT infrastructure delivery experience as part of facilities construction projects.
• Background experience with P3 and/or Design-Build contractual Statement of Requirements related to IT infrastructure
• Formal project management training or certification.
• Healthcare industry experience in an IT capacity.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Telecommunication providers and familiarity with Distributed Antenna System infrastructure requirements/capabilities for both high band cellular (e.g 4G, 5G) and low band radio frequencies (e.g. ECOMM).
• Experience using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, SmartSheet in project delivery for this project is preferred, or equivalent
