Overview
One of the UK’s most successful software companies are looking for someone with a strong analytical skill-set to join the team as a Junior Business Analyst.
Salary: £21,000 – £24,000
The Role
- Handling support requests and bug reports related to client systems
- Triaging and troubleshooting reported issues
- Providing assistance to clients via both telephone and email
- Keeping comprehensive and accurate records of support requests through the entire lifecycle
- Liaising with project and development resources on outstanding issues and keeping the client up to date at all times
- Maintaining internal systems, processes and procedures to support the role (including both internal and client-facing support documentation)
- Identifying and communicating requirements for additional functionality, upgrades or modifications to client systems to the Support Manager
- Ensuring full knowledge of all company software systems
Key Skills/Experience
- Solid understanding of web technologies
- Qualified to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
- Organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Able to consistently retain and recall information
- Calm and rational under pressure
- Can communicate clearly, accurately and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences both internally and externally
- A commitment to and passion for customer service
- A can-do, positive attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)
- Strong teamwork skills
