Job Duties:
-Adjusting Entries.
-Keep financial records, records of account outstanding, establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerizedbookkeeping systems.
-Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers, and prepare financial statements.
-Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and utility and other bills.
-Complete and submit tax remittance forms and workers’ compensation forms.
-Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services
-Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
-Record keeping and filing bills/invoices.
-Payroll Processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
-Keeps books and accounting records of financial transactions for establishment.
-Ensure that accounting, budget, and audit controls and systems comply with state and federal rules.
