The role
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll serve as our people capital expert, driving initiatives to support our current business objectives and future development goals through leading HR practices. You'll continue our legacy of success, thinking both globally and locally as we navigate the evolving landscape of work together. Some key competencies you'll utilize daily include:
Who we're looking for
You have a track record as a respected leader in a culture-forward company, you've created differentiated employee experience s , and you back that up with a degree in HR or Business. You have at least fifteen years of experience building programs and processes across a broad spectrum of HR functions. You have had deep experience with supporting people leaders to bring out the best in their teams. Hopefully you also bring complementary skills like business acumen , agility, and a sense of humour.
