Our client is a local manufacturing leader in food products. Looking to expand their operation significantly in the next ten years, as the General Manager you will spearhead operational efficiency, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation that will propel you ahead of the competition.
Some of what you will do in this role includes: - Lead and inspire a team of experienced organizational leaders who will in turn inspire their teams, with a total organization count well into the hundreds.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and sites for efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new products to market, and liaising with new customers in both Canada and the US.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth ensuring accurate management of the P&L.
- Cultivate a workplace that values passion for food and dedication to quality.
You should have most of the following in your background to apply: - Proven leadership experience in food manufacturing and sales.
- Strong operational skills with a focus on constant improvement.
- Strategic mindset and a track record of driving business growth.
