You start your working day with a cup of coffee and you check your calendar for your tasks for the day. Your mailbox has a few open questions; you answer them. Then you discuss some issues with colleagues during the stand-up. Together you think about solutions and improvements for the department’s work processes.
During the break you have lunch with the team. In the afternoon you process invoices, prepare payments and make reports. You work nicely in your own flow: this is what you are good at. At the end of the day you wish your colleagues a good evening and you go home feeling satisfied.
