Job description
Our client is looking for a Regional Property Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing the overall Regional operations including leasing, building operations, and capital projects
- Lead in coaching and developing their Regional team
- Accountable for driving the financial goals for multiple properties
- Creating and maintaining alignment and collaborative relationships with each of the Business Units including Resident Relations, Leasing, Maintenance, Administration as well as Executive Leadership
- Preparing annual operating and capital budgets for each property
- Reviewing of Monthly Operating Statements; preparation and submission of Variance Reports
Must Haves:
- Business degree ideally with a major in a real estate discipline
- 5 + years of experience in residential property management
- Must have financial reporting experience
- Have a valid driver's licence and your own vehicle
- Must clear a criminal background check
- If you are willing to relocate for this position, you must be willing to move within 3-4 weeks of a signed offer. No exceptions
