Job description

Mold-Masters is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with the proven ability to build relationships and drive solution-based responses to organizational needs.

The Human Resources Business Partner will consult with management through proactive analysis of organizational problems and issues. The incumbent of this role independently provides advice and counsel on human resource programs and practices in support of the objectives and operations of the business and ensures all policies and procedures are in compliance with legislation.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create HR solutions in areas including, but not limited to, performance management, career planning, development & coaching, workforce planning, policy interpretation, process improvement, and change implementation. 
• HR advisor on all areas of Human Resources; support and act as a liaison between associates and leadership.
• Strategically partners with the business for workforce and succession planning and supports the recruitment process with the talent acquisition team.
• Assist associates with corporate resources and information on benefits, payroll, etc.
• Engage in other HR activities and special projects as assigned.
• The HR Business Partner is an integral part of the HR function for Mold-Masters and is responsible for leading and managing strategic HR support for the business. 

Basic Qualifications:

• University degree in Business, or Human Resources.
• Minimum of 8 years of solid hands-on working experience in a dynamic HR environment, in the manufacturing field.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at various levels.
• Ability to think and execute independently.
• A strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent organizational skills are required.
• Skilled multi-level communicator.
• CHRP or SPHR, OR PHR required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with expatriates.
• Knowledge of Workday.
