Job description
Tacten is seeking professional, energetic and forward-thinking JP Electrcian with IRATA (Rope Access) certification to support operations in our Alberta Oil Sands.
- Set up and maintaining electrical systems where required
- Installing and connecting electrical components such as motors, transformers, control panels, and other equipment necessary for industrial operations
- Identify issues, replace faulty components, and to ensure that all machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Journeyman Electrician Trade certification
- IRATA Level 1 or 2 certification
- Local to Fort McMurray or able to fly out of Alberta Hubs (FIFO) Calgary and Edmonton
- 12 hour shifts, 7/7 rotation
