Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Oversee comprehensive accounting functions, including client invoicing, ledgers, accounts, payroll, ERP software management, AR & AP, and more.
• Champion compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations, laws, standards, and organizational policies.
• Reporting, Budgeting, and Analysis Mastery:
• Direct the development of robust financial statements, cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting, and specialized project-specific financial evaluations.
• Offer strategic insights through industry benchmark analyses, supporting pricing strategies, and delivering actionable financial recommendations to drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in project accounting, demonstrating progression and increasing responsibilities.
• Ambitious mindset with a strong desire to transition into a senior leadership role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; prior experience with Deltek or Ajera is beneficial.
• Exceptional analytical prowess, negotiation skills, and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to navigate complexities, resolve challenges proactively, and drive strategic financial initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the capability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
