Job description
Oxygen8, designs and manufactures ventilation solutions that provide 100% fresh, filtered outside air to building occupants. Our product lines include high-efficiency energy-recovery, MERV-13 filtration, and integration with Daikin VRV heat-pump technology for heating and cooling.
We are hiring a Quality Control Manager to join us on our mission to provide 100% fresh, filtered air and smart technology for maximum comfort and value. This role will create and implement a full QC process for inbound and outbound materials.
Responsibilities include: - Collaborate with production supervisors and manufacturing engineers to review and revise quality documents, procedures, work instructions and forms.
- Work with Supply Chain and material handlers to set up a process to review all incoming materials.
- Identify the root of issues and recommend fixes.
- Oversee products during assembly process, final QC, and End of Line testing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for field issues, corrective and preventative measures.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Engineering, Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience in quality assurance and quality control.
- Experience with DFM and DFMEA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Annual Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 based on experience.
