About the Opportunity

• Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) functions
• Reconcile and close the AR & AP sub-ledgers each month in Great Plains (GP)
• Proactively manage the various billing cycles
• Effectively and efficiently run and troubleshoot sub-ledger financial reports within Great Plains
• Analyze and troubleshoot GL balance reconciliations, sub-ledger discrepancies, and EFT payment applications within Great Plains (GP)
• Knowledge of Fundraising accounting In Not-for-Profit organization
• Demonstrates proactive thinking via communication of ideas, questions, opinions, etc. ahead of deadlines and due dates
• Other duties as assigned

About You

• CPA enrolled (late stages preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle AP/AR, cash applications, prepaid, and accruals, reconciliations
• College diploma/degree- business, finance, or related
• Advanced Excel
• ERP Experience—Great Plains preferred
• Experience with system transformation and/or process improvements

Salary Range
$64,000 - $72,000/year
