-Start: ASAP

Responsibilities
•Work with Service Designers, Product Managers, and Program Owners to document business requirements and processes based on Figma prototypes.
•Organize, facilitate and participate in workshops to define process flows.
•Collaborate with developers and technical leads to create epics, milestones, user stories and issues, ensuring each story or issue has clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
•Provide communication, including regular reporting on development progress.
•Contribute to presentations and updates to executive leaders, as required.

•Work with the CSDS Project Manager to track Minimum Viable Service (MVS) Requirements throughout the design and build phase, ensuring the project partners are aware of changes to scope, while keeping the project on schedule.
• Lead task prioritization in the product backlog based on MVS definition.
• Support and/or perform functional testing, coordinate user acceptance testing and analyze formal test results.
• Support the design of a product support model for go-live.

Qualifications
• Proven experience documenting detailed business requirements including technical
documentation in an agile working environment as well as proven experience creating epics,
milestones, user stories and issues based on prototyping tools (Figma)
• Proven experience with sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Previous experience working with multiple business stakeholders (including members of the
public) on high-profile initiatives while eliciting business needs
• Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with business representatives and project team members
• Previous public-sector project experience
• Proven experience in workshop planning and facilitation using Agile methodology.
• Business Analysis certification
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Residential Tenancies or Housing program experience
• Ability to understand and document business processes and help define future business direction
