If so, our Ottawa-based client has a contract opportunity to consider. The nature of the work is to act as the Intermediate Project Administrator with focused technical support of a clerical nature as required to support the test development process and assist in performing such tasks as maintaining test development documentation and records.

Advantages
This is a long-term 1 year contract opportunity with an option for a 2-year extension (1-year options)

Responsibilities
•Provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required to support the test development process.
• Assist in performing such tasks as maintaining test development documentation and records
(e.g., Excel, Word documents, feedback from various stakeholders, test content materials, various
versions of testing software platform, internal tracking spreadsheet)
• Maintaining and updating relevant test development information in manual and/or electronic

files, which may include the test development schedule, status reports, correspondence using MS
• Office, particularly Excel, and other internal software applications.
• Communicate with project management on administrative matters related to the project.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of documentation in response to scheduled and
unscheduled reports, returns and observations to update management of project progress.
• Research and locate background information and extract relevant information.

Qualifications
- Documenting & Maintaining Project Data (2 projects in 6 years)
- Sufficient abilities or practical experience with data qualitative assurance and management. (2 projects in 6 years)
