Job description
Reporting directly to the Manager of Culture / Curator, the Museum Summer Program Coordinator is the key summer position in the museum. The individual filling this important role will create, plan, and deliver a fun and imaginative children’s summer program/camp at the museum. As a team leader, the Coordinator will be responsible for the summer programs Demonstrated experience with children, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with the public are required. Enrollment in a post-secondary History or Education program and knowledge of local and Canadian history would be an asset.
Term:May to August - 14 week term
Schedule:35 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Compensation:$17.65
Education:Enrollment in College/University
