Job description
Our Client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Inside Sales person to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Quoting / Closing sales (up sell, cross sell)
- Attain premium sales targets
- Placing business with the right market
- Vast understanding of insurance companies products
- Quality business
- Following up on leads
- Generate new business
Requirements:
- Self motivator/starter & must be able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills
- RIBO License – Min 2 years’ experience selling home and auto insurance, preferably in a brokerage environment
- Proven sales track record
- Personal Lines underwriting knowledge
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Organizational skills (multi-tasking, time management)
- Understanding of insurance software and rating engines
- Understanding of market relations
