Job description
You do your best to make sure your client’s people, places and things are always safe, sound and in tip-top shape — and when a problem pops up, your clients turn to you for help.
Your cross functional capabilities and knowledge of comprehensive protection, industry trends, and carrier products and services will be utilized to the fullest extent.
You’ll form trustful relationships with clients and colleagues in the field of Property & Casualty Insurance and optimize our operations by combining your expertise into a single, impactful and mission-driven role.
About You
The successful candidate will hold an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) or preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 3 years’ client service and/or industry and product line experience. RIBO license required.
CIP and/or CAIB would be an asset.
A Day In The Life in this role….
On a Daily Basis, You Will:
Develop and maintain client relationships
Prepare and send requests for proposals
Draft renewal presentations
Review carrier source documents, maintain client files, and address billing questions
Provide day to day client support
