The Opportunity:
IMP Solutions provides IT and business consulting services, and IT products to clients across Canada. We are searching for Inside Sales Support to join our Sales and Growth team in Halifax, NS reporting to the Director of Managed Services.

What You Will Do:
- As a critical component of the sales function, the Inside Sales Support role is responsible for customer satisfaction, quotes, placing orders, following up on delivery, and costing to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Processing and reconciling Client Invoices and Quotes.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining professional relationships and open lines of communication with clients, as well as product and solutions partners.
- Assisting with partner funding and claims.
- Assisting with updates and provision reports for inventory and project tracking.
- Overseeing and tracking shipments sent and received.
- Maintaining and updating industry specific software such as IT Glue, Autotask, etc.
- Promote company sales through the provision of personalized and professional advice.
- Responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with Account Executive(s), obtain financial approval for specific types of contractual arrangements, obtain product knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets.

What You Need to Succeed:
- A two-year college or post-secondary education. An equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Prior experience in an inside sales capacity or professional sales training an asset.
- Basic knowledge of current IT technologies (i.e. enterprise servers, storage area networks, communication and peripheral devices.)
- Knowledge of IT solutions. Microsoft, Cisco, Dell and Hewlett-Packard products an asset
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
