Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end implementation of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, closely monitoring progress and mitigating risks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, fostering collaboration among internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and achieve project milestones.
• Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to understand business needs and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project progress, key achievements, and areas requiring attention or escalation.

Qualifications
1) Demonstrated Project Management Experience:
• Experience at a senior level leading major projects of large scale and complexity that have multiple project delivery components.
• Experience establishing collaborative relationships with executives and leading organizational change associated with implementation.
• Experience as a technology project manager as part of a business transformation program.

2) Technical skills
• Strong hands-on background in large COTS implementations
• Some experience with security assessments
• Basic understanding of technical architecture

3) Demonstrated Business Transformation Experience:
• Experience supporting large-scale projects that incorporate a proactive and innovative solution to addressing business challenges and achieving organizational goals and objectives.
• Experience in concisely and persuasively writing a range of documents and content.
• Knowledge of processes relating to the development of legislation and regulation in the public interest is preferred but not mandatory.
