Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing our brands through our retail partners to our consumers. You will be a liaison between Marketing and Consumer Sales teams when it comes to communication and planning of campaigns, product launches and communication of brand strategies.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Engage Marketing, Sales, Retail Operations and external partners, and along with your direct team, to develop and execute unique instore customer programs.
• Innovate and collaborate with Retail Operations, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and retailer contacts on account specific programs, national campaigns, and product launches
• Extend instore activity into the retailer eCommerce space within key accounts
• Oversee annual Shopper Marketing budget by allocating spend based on brand and business objectives and by ensuring high work integrity for all billings, invoices and POs.
• Grow repertoire of external partners to explore innovative vehicles to support our programs and brands.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Minimum 2-5 years experience in Trade/Shopper Marketing, Sales, or Marketing related fields in the CPG industry
• Post secondary education
• Exposure to A.C Nielsen data
• Experiencing leading a team is a bonus
• Preferably Bilingual (Fluent in English and French)
