Finance and Treasury Board is seeking an individual to join the department as a Financial Analyst working in Fredericton.
As the financial analyst for Finance and Treasury Board, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties, in consultation with client groups: budget development; financial reporting and preparation of financial forecasts; preparation of briefing materials for main estimates and public accounts; analysis of financial data; journal entries; account reconciliation; procurement process; and various other financial/administrative functions.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field with a minimum of three years of financial experience, or two years postsecondary education in Business Administration or a related field and five years financial experience.
Experience with financial information systems and MS Excel is required.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Please clearly state your experience.
Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability.
