Job description
Duties & Responsibilities
Administer the property management system for the Brandt Developments portfolio.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable for properties.
Prepare rent roll for owned properties and rent payment schedule for leased properties.
Coordinate with Landlord / Tenant for implementation of lease obligations.
Collect and reconcile the rental notices and year end recoveries as required by lease.
Provide support and information to managers in the preparation of variance analysis, quarterly reports, forecasting, and budgeting.
Collect, analyze and enter data for quarterly reports and budgeting.
Update the database of leased and owned properties,
Prepare lease abstraction, interpretation, and documentation.
Prepare rental notices, lease extension letter, chargeback and commission invoices.
Track financial aspects of leases, including rent payments, escalations, and reconciliations.
Prepare reports and information to identify historic spending trends, year-to-date spending, and forecasted spending.
Assist in preparing tenant operating cost reconciliations and verify accuracy prior to year-end billing.
Manage accrual process by periodically following up on outstanding POs and identifying expenses to be accrued at year-end billing.

Maintain and audit all tenant information (including lease profiles) to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
Resolve tenant operating cost issues. Reply to tenant inquiries regarding operating costs and other payments
Liaise with Brandt Accounting department in relation to property revenues/expenses, etc.
Assisting in building business models performing formula and analytics
Coordination of tenant move in/move out activities and documentation
Provide commercial and analytical support on key corporate projects and initiatives
Other duties as assigned
