Randstad Canada is currently hiring a Record Centre Specialist for one of our renowned clients in the document storage field in Coquitlam!
Join our team as a Record Centre specialist in Coquitlam! We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to handle various tasks involving the processing and handling of documents. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with daytime shifts, providing stability and consistency.

The shift time is Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM

The pay rate is $18.31

Responsibilities
Stacking and picking orders of multiple cartons/boxes filled with paperwork.
Shipping and offloading cartons weighing between 50 – 80lbs.
Utilizing provided computer systems to track orders efficiently.
Performing repetitive lifting of heavy boxes without assistance.
Operating hand scanners to ensure accurate inventory management.

Qualifications
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM
Clear criminal background check.

Comfort with physical labor and ability to lift heavy boxes repeatedly.
Possession of reliability status or willingness to obtain Reliability Status government clearance during or after the employment process.
5 years of residency in Canada required for eligibility.
Willingness to undergo and pay for fingerprinting process (reimbursement provided after 30 days of employment).
