Visual Design + Build, a dynamic renovations, design, and handyman service company, is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager Intern. This volunteer internship position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates from Capilano University, BCIT, LaSalle, or individuals from local universities who are passionate about social media marketing and design.

Position Overview:
Role: Social Media Manager - Volunteer Internship
Location: North Vancouver, BC
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create visually appealing and compelling content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
5. Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the social media strategy.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate from Capilano University or a local university.
- Strong passion for social media marketing and design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and monitoring tools.
