Job description
Adecco is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for a Temporary role in Calgary, AB. This position will play a pivotal role in an enterprise-wide SAP implementation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, project team, and vendor resources, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project operations.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain team Content Server workspace, SharePoint site, and Microsoft Teams channel.
Organize and participate in various project meetings, take minutes, and manage project trackers.
Support in-team communications, including information posting and deadline reminders.
Assist in maintaining and monitoring project plans/schedules.
Engage with the project team to define requirements, scope, and objectives.
Monitor project schedules, manage resource utilization, and maintain project RAID log.
Assist in project budget build and submit AFE/WO request forms.
Create and maintain Project Forecast Template and update future month’s forecast.
Manage Project financials in ServiceNow, perform project financial reporting, and act as a point of contact for financial functions.
Requirements: The ideal candidate must possess:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
3 years of SharePoint experience and 1 year of Office 365 experience.
