Insight Global is looking for a seasoned Oracle Service Delivery Manager to support a global consulting leader in the delivery of an engagement in the Healthcare industry. This qualified candidate should be extremely knowledge about the end-to-end management of Oracle Service Delivery. This candidate should have experience in support roles that cover multiple areas of the application and technology overall including, ERP, reporting, CRM, Database Admin, SOA and B2B. The main responsibilities for this engagement cover client management, delivery, business development, and people development. There will be occasional travel required to Kingston, ON and candidates should be self-starters and able to thrive in a mostly remote role.

• 10+ years in a Oracle Consulting or healthcare industry in an Oracle Application Management Suite (AMS) or support environement
• 7+ years of Service Delivery Management experience including stakeholder management, team management, reporting, escalation and communication management
• 5+ years using Oracle Health/Cerner experience
• Ability to support in a multi-application environment with Oracle ERP clients
• Excellent communication and people development skills with an ability to manage day to day interactions and expectations internally and externally
• Ability to travel to Kingston, ON occasionally, based on client needs (~25%)
