Job description
Our client is currently looking for a office clerk for their company in Dollard Des Ormeaux. This person will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and day to day operations. They will need to deal with entering information in their in house software program and may have other tasks as required
Advantages
Position: temporary to permanent;
Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch), Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week;
Salary: $20/hr
Location: Dollard-des-Ormeaux;
Possibility of advancement.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will be:
• Receive customer calls.
• Respond to customer requests efficiently and quickly.
• Identify additional needs and seize sales opportunities.
• Save orders.
• Follow up and ensure that clients receive adequate service.
• Establish and maintain close business relationships with our existing clients.
• Prospect new customers.
• Offer an exceptional quality of customer service.
• Representation of the company at trade fairs.
Qualifications
• Ease of communication
• Strong planning and interpersonal skills
• Autonomy and good organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English-French)
• Team spirit
• 1 year experience in a office setting
