Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary technical contact and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage projects, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives and timelines.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services based on client needs and usage patterns.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and sales, to advocate for client needs and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance the value of our offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical account management, customer success, or similar roles in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical acumen to effectively understand and articulate complex technical concepts and solutions.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining positive client and internal team relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset to manage multiple priorities and navigate challenging situations with resilience.
- Proficient in account management and technical support, with experience in troubleshooting and project management.
- Demonstrated sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Independent worker adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in technology, Information Technology, or related field.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft 365.
- Networking skills, including Fortinet, Sonicwall, Ubiquity.
- Experience in mobile device management.
- Proficiency in both Windows and Mac environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and scripting languages.
