Starting wage - $27 to $35 an hour
Position - Project foreman, Full time, 40hours per week plus overtime
Project - Large commercial projects (e.g., new school), Saskatoon
Starting - April/May 2024
Experience - Minimum 2 years - Ideally 4-5
Responsibilities
-Ensuring job site is safe and all work is being performed correctly.
-Monitoring job site quality requirements.
-Tracking daily activities against the project schedule.
-Documenting unknowns or unexpected delays.
-Determining means, methods and constructability
-Overseeing field workers and onsite subcontractors.
-Coordinating materials, tools, equipment needed
-Onsite logistics
-In charge of onsite crew
-Assigning tasks to onsite crew
-Scheduling tasks and working with GC
-Will be required to help complete on-site tasks while still managing other crew members on site in order to complete tasks and stay on schedule.
