Job description

We're seeking a meticulous and skilled Manufacturing Technician II to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all operational activities in batch records, log books, and forms.
Accurately record time spent on each project or task to ensure precise tracking.

Technical:
Adhere strictly to cGMPs by following detailed instructions in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Master Batch Records (MBRs).
Perform specialized tasks on reactors, filtration equipment, and dryers with minimal supervision.
Ensure cleanliness and order in manufacturing areas by regularly cleaning walls, ceilings, and floors.
Assemble and clean equipment for production, ensuring readiness for efficient operation.
Conduct daily checks required in the plant to uphold operational standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members under the guidance of a Team Leader.
Interact with department members to ensure seamless production scheduling.
Diagnose and troubleshoot routine problems with precision and expertise.

Safety and Environment:
Ensure all equipment, tools, and surrounding plant areas are safe for operation.
Comply with safety procedures and practices, including wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and following P-codes.
Attend Shift Safety Meetings regularly and communicate any safety concerns to the Sr. Team Leader or Manufacturing Manager.
Read and comprehend Batch Records and related Hazard Data Packages for assigned processes.
Regularly inspect the work area and promptly report any deviations, incidents, or safety concerns to supervision.

Quality:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in immediate work areas at all times.
Attend in-house training sessions regularly and maintain accurate personal training records.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a 2-year diploma or two years of related industrial experience
Power Engineering Class V certification is an asset.
