Job description
A1 Okanagan Electric Ltd. is looking forward to expanding our ever-growing team of Construction Electrician Helper to manage our business. A1 Okanagan Electric Ltd. currently wants to hire 2 Construction Electrician Helper. This will be a Permanent, full-time position with 40-44 hours per week.
A Construction Electrician Helper will be performing the following job duties:
- Load, unload and transport construction materials
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
- Mix, pour and spread materials
- Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
- Clean and pile salvaged materials
- Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
- Perform routine maintenance work
Employment Requirement:
- No degree, certificate or diploma is required
- No experience is required but will train if required
- English as a language skill is required
- Work site environment: Outdoor, dusty and noisy
- Work setting: various locations

What we offer:
- $24.00 hourly/ 40-44 hours per week
- 4% vacation will be paid
