Job description

Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.

We are looking for a Client Service Supervisor who can be autonomous in leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Language Pathologists while also supporting our clients. Our next Client Service Supervisor will thrive in a forward-thinking culture where being a self-starter and taking initiative will drive the success of their role leading the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Service Supervisor who specializes currently within their discipline to step into a business leadership role where flexibility and being a team player will be key. Closing the Gap is one of Ontario’s largest healthcare companies and we welcome candidates who have experience leading and supervising a team. If your passion is rooted in all things leadership and you have a passion for building strong rapport and relationships, then this role will be right up your alley.

This is a permanent role, in a hybrid environment of home and in-office based in our Simcoe County office.
