Overview:
$18.50 / hour The starting rate for this position is $18.50 / hour; pay may vary based on experience. Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years

- Provide direction and delegate tasks to all restaurant associates.
- Monitor all hot/cold holding equipment and immediately report any temperature problems.
- Ensure all menu items and food supplies are available.
- Provide guest service, food preparation and equipment training to all restaurant associates.
- Complete location’s weekly tasks including inventory, associate scheduling, monitoring the Mystery Shopper program and maintaining the POS system as assigned.
- Provide training, development and ongoing performance feedback including appraisals and corrective action.
- Liaise with Area Supervisors to operate efficiently and produce budgeted financial results.
- Monitor time records to ensure compliance with ESA, approve hours, review cash variances and complete daily product orders.

Qualifications:
- You!
- Enrollment in a post-secondary Business/Hospitality program and/or relevant experience or skills.
- Someone with current Smart Serve Certification or a willingness to get certified (cost covered upon successful completion of contract).
- Experience with Micros or willingness to learn.
- Individuals who have successfully completed the regional health department’s food handler program.
- People who love helping others and support the needs of guests and employees.
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
