We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Sales Executive . The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a proactive approach to achieve and exceed sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
This role values candidates with:
- Proven track record of selling IT Services or products.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Critical thinking: You analyze complex situations, think critically, and formulate solutions.
- Client acquisition strategies: good understanding of sales cycles and market landscape. A proven record of client relationships is a must.
- Excellent communication: verbal and written communication is vital for this role.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Negotiation: proven experience managing stakeholders and closing the sales cycle
- Business Proposals: writing proposals and presenting solutions to potential clients.
- Team Building: mentor your team, entry-level staff, and interns into valuable sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Define the sales strategies and execution plan to achieve the assigned sales targets by conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
- Solution Selling – Tailoring solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
- Promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Lead the sales cycle from start to end and close the identified opportunities in collaboration with the technical teams.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Sales pipeline management – Provide accurate sales forecasts and progress reports to sales management.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing or potential clients to meet their needs.
- Enhance your skills by participating in educational programs, reading professional publications, acquiring certifications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of successful sales experience selling software and services solutions to public or enterprise clients in Canada is a must.
- Understanding of the Government of Ontario and crown corporations contracting vehicles.
- Technical aptitude.
- Managing P&L and sales pipeline using corporate CRM system and tools.
- Consultative selling skills.
- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedules
- Understand, navigate, and adapt with complex political environments to close deals.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed a sales target.
- Naturally proactive and persuasive.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Base Salary: 75-80K+Benifits
