Your Mission:
As an Engineering Program Manager at Hydrostor, you will hold a pivotal role with a significant impact on our organization's engineering and power generation projects. You will oversee technical projects, manage spending, and maintain control over project execution. This role involves consolidating project controls, change management, safety, and compliance at the program level while providing crucial support to systems engineers. Your operational leadership and product development expertise will drive the successful implementation of our projects, ensuring that the right teams work on the right tasks, and project progression is efficiently managed.

Power Plant Design & Construction and/or Plant Operations Experience
Who You Are:
The successful candidate for this role is a seasoned Engineering Program Manager with a strong background in power generation. They are a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of technical projects, project controls, and compliance. This individual excels in consolidating information, fostering collaboration, and providing critical support to systems engineers. Project management experience and PMP certification is a valuable asset, and their familiarity with power plant design and construction adds unique industry expertise to the role.
