Job description
We are looking for a full-cycle accountant to join our team in Vancouver.
Do you have experience with AP, AR, and reconciliations?
Do you have a deadline-driven mindset and can handle month-end high volumes?
Do you have previous experience using ERP software?

Responsibilities
As the Accountant in Vancouver, you will be responsible for:
-Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
-Reviewing and post credit card/bank reconciliations, invoices, and journal entries.
-Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly financial reports.
-Processing financial entries to ensure a proper recording of all business transactions.
-Performing reconciliations, updating accounts payable and receivable, and issuing invoices.
Qualifications
As the Accountant in Vancouver, you will bring to the table:
- 2+ years of full cycle accounting experience (AP, AR, journal entries, and reconciliation).
- Proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formulas).
- Previous experience with ERP software (SAGE 50 or SAGE 300)
