JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze inventory data on a weekly basis to understand gaps within the network as well as uncover potential Supply Chain Overhead (SCO) risks
- Lead the weekly Prairies SCO meeting with Commercial, SI, Deployment and Logistics teams
- Follow-up with respective teams to ensure mitigation strategies are being executed in a prompt timeline
- Manage route to market and target DOIs and updating in o9 as necessary
- Daily communication with warehouse to drive reporting improvements and escalate ongoing report issues by managed warehouses
- Monitoring of daily service level within Prairies to understand key stockouts, flagging potential risks to various teams
- Publishing of Daily CDP Report when region’s stockout levels surpass threshold
- Responsible for the creating rebate STO’s, following up with sites and 3P dumping sites to ensure product is being moved out of warehouses in a prompt basis upon expiry
- Identify and develop strategic solutions for service level and supply chain overhead risks and flagging to respective teams
- Collaborating with Commercial, SI, Deployment, and Logistics teams to lead daily Western Canada touchpoint to ensure all relevant parties are aware of top priorities and execute accordingly
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics or a related field
- 3 years experience in a related field
- Knowledge of the brewing and packaging processes considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence peer departments and work cross-functionally when nee
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office tools and preferred knowledge of computer maintenance management systems such as SAP
