Job description

This could be the year you pursue your dream of teaching, traveling, and living abroad! We are looking to recruit motivated and qualified TEFL English teachers to join our rapidly growing team in the Changhua and Taichung areas here in Taiwan. Neurolink English Academy is a well-established organization with over 45 locations throughout Taiwan. We are looking for energetic teachers who are ready for an adventure. We have positions in various locations around Taiwan with start dates as early as February!  What we offer:

• Upon arrival, you will be assisted to find accommodation. 
• We will help you with the work permit/visa process, get your bank account set up, and help you set up your national health insurance. 
• You will receive pre and post-arrival support including guides on how to prepare for moving to Taiwan. 
• Training upon arrival. Curriculum and materials needed to teach classes including lesson plan journals.
• Class times are in the afternoons and evenings leaving you plenty of time to Netflix and chill, go shopping, hiking, go to the gym, see a movie, or grab some lunch and more.
• Hourly rate starts at 650-700 NTD for qualified applicants. The contract hours will average between 20-25 hours per week (in person). Children are ages 7-16.
• Access to mentoring and education workshops.
• End of contract bonus 30,000 NTD (Qualifications apply)

The positions are full-time M-F (No weekends) which gives you plenty of time to explore your new home. • You must hold a passport from a country where English is an official language (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, the US, the UK, etc.)
• Both new and experienced teachers are welcome!
• Commitment to a one-year contract 
• Clean background check
• You must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. ALL majors are welcome
• Applicants with a US associate’s degree are also eligible but MUST hold a TEFL certificate at the time of application.
