As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and allocating customer tickets to the right department. Your role will be to ensure efficient information management and customer satisfaction. If you're an independent, proactive person, this coordinator position is for you!

Schedule from 8.30 to 5.00 (40h)
Salary between $22 and $26/hour depending on experience

Possibility of telecommuting 4 days a week

Responsibilities
Manage tickets
Ensure good communication between departments
Maintain logistics databases

Qualifications
3 years' similar experience
Fluency in spoken and written English and French
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel and SAP an asset
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and meticulous.
