Randstad is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work for a benefits company in the Etobicoke area. This is a 2 week, remote contract.

Start Date: Saturday March 2nd
Remote
Pay: $21.30/ hour
Contract for 2 weeks (potential for extension)

Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday rotational shifts between the following 3 shifts:
8:00 am- 4:30 pm
11 am- 7:30 pm
2:30 pm- 11:00 pm

Equipment not provided - must have PC, headset and private work space

Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and email from customers
- Providing customers with details about their benefits coverage
- Routing calls to the appropriate department
- Updating customers accounts after every transaction
- Pass along escalations to higher ups

- Provide top not service on every day

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills ( written and spoken)
- Call center experience
- Customer Service experience
- Tech savvy
- Professional and a team player
