Job description

Job Title: 

• Building Maintenance Worker(junior, intermediate and senior)

• Burnaby, B.C.

Term: 

• Full-Time or Part-Time

Hours: 

• On Call

Wage Range: 

• $23 and up based on education and related experience.

Desired skills, aptitude, ability to learn or experience in : 

• Organized and team player;
• Carpentry, electrical, painting, heating, cooling, ventilation, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance and repairs such as repairing the furniture, constructing shelves, installing switches, replacing plugs, and other basic appliance repairs;
• Routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair;
• Landscaping and sprinkler system;
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with contractors;
• Able to perform minor appliance repairs;
• Perform minor property maintenance;
• Work with minimal supervision.

Would prefer applicant had own:

• Tools;
• Safety equipment/gear.
