Job Description
As the Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and financial reporting. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success and ensure financial integrity.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and drive strategic decisions

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA designation preferred
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience managing a team
