Job description

Are you able to enter data 7000+ key strokes per hour? Are you able to accurately document and record customer/client information? Are you looking to gain experience within a top 5 bank? Do you have excellent time management and organizational skills? If so, this would be a great opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Agent for a 1 month contract in North York. This is 100% onsite role. There is a possibility of contract extension and conversion to full time opportunity.
Pay rate: $19.12 - $24.07 / Hour
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 37.50/week

Responsibilities
As an Operations Agent, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Entering data into TTA Tool

Qualifications
•2+ years related experience required
•Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
•Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
•Ability to enter data 7000+ key strokes per hour

•Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
•Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test
•Sense of urgency
•Information Seeking
•Listening, Understanding and Responding
•Teamwork and organizational skills

Nice-to-have Skills:
•Prior Company or OFI experience an asset
•Adapts quickly and can easily learn new source tools
•Understands and effectively execute according to process flows with accuracy
•Work in a high-paced environment with ability to maintain high/efficient levels of productivity with minimal errors
•Good organizational skills, accountability to optimize their workload and attention to detail
•ENG is mandatory – FRE is an asset as they will be processing client letters across all of Canada
