Job description


Main responsibilities
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
-Establish work schedules and supervise shift team, verify time and attendance and assign work assignments to ensure the smooth operation
-Determine the type of services to be provided and implement operational procedures
-Plan and implement regular on-going training sessions of staff
-Hire and train new beverage service staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
-Monitor and control all inventories
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies with suppliers
-Record and arrange maintenance for repairs
-Monitor sales and revenues, and modify procedures and prices
-Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
-Discovers and responds to customer needs, and address complains and conflicts
-Follows up with staff during the shift to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for all customers
-Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and ensure all food and service meet quality control standards
-Monitor and evaluate team performance and report to General Manger
-Executes store operations during scheduled shifts

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-Ability to direct the work of others
-Ability to learn quickly
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of the retail environment
