The base salary for this role is: $100,000 - $130,000
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the firm.
· Enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and risk mitigation by optimizing and rationalizing processes.
· Guide and mentor, a high-performing operations team, nurturing a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
· Supervise the implementation and upkeep of technology systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
· Manage relationships with external service providers and vendors, ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying informed about updates and changes.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to synchronize operational activities with the broader business strategy.
· Generate precise and timely operational reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
· Apply data analytics to discern trends, identify improvement opportunities, and pinpoint areas of operational excellence.
· Continuously evaluate and enhance client servicing processes to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
· Strong programming skills Java, VBA, Python
·3-5 years experience in a senior operations management role within an asset management firm.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· In-depth knowledge of Ndex, Iress, Broadridge financial solutions and their application in financial operations.
· Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
· Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
