Job description
Our Client in St.Catharines, is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team.
The Personal Lines Account Manager performs service, sales and related tasks.
The objective of this position is to provide service beyond expectation to all clients according to Brokerages procedures and standards.
Service Responsibilities:
- Primary function is to always be working proactively to retain accounts.
- Assess client's needs and provide accurate insurance advice to cover their exposures and meet their needs to their satisfaction.
- Provide solutions to client issues while meeting insurer obligations.
New Business:
- Place new clients with insurers in accordance with their binding authorities and underwriting guidelines.
- Adhere to the company's new business guidelines and protocols with appropriate selection of business and documentation both to the client and on TAM.
Qualifications:
- RIBO licensed
- 1-3 years experience
- Be familiar with TAM or EPIC broker management system
