The Meditech Clinical Application Analyst is an integral member of the Regional Digital Health (RDH) Clinical Informatics and Applications. As a member of the RDH lead agency team, the RDH Clinical Informatics and Applications team has a synergistic working relationship with areas and stakeholders across the four-hospitals they support, ensuring collaboration and striving to improve workflow with system optimization.

This challenging position seeks an individual who is self-directed, analytical, and organized to fill the role of Clinical Applications Analyst. This role involves working closely with internal programs and departments to determine business needs and the facilitation of effective solutions that are consistent with organizational goals and objectives. The role will support applications development, operations and maintenance of clinical and non-clinical systems as needed.

This position requires direct communication with all the Regional Digital Health Services teams, including the RVH Lead agency RDH Service Desk staff, partner sites IT services desks, clinical staff, providers, functional experts, leaders, project managers, and other support personnel. It is essential that commitments are maintained in a manner which fosters mutual trust between fellow employees. As the Clinical Application Analyst, you will be proficient and expert in the modules you manage and support, and understanding of the complex integration between associated modules, associated applications, equipment, and workflows. This role provides applications support for the CARE4 partnership including RVH,CGMH, GBGH, HHCC during M-F regular hours and off-hours “on-call support” as required. Other key duties and skills required include:

You must have access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. You may be assigned to an alternate main site temporarily at the discretion of the CARE4 Partnership leadership and therefore willingness and flexibility to support the four hospitals organizational needs.
