Job description

Our Client is dedicated to International Corporations, Institutions and Global Organizations, Insurers and Health Carriers. They provide worldwide Remote Medical & Security Services, Business Travel Risk Management and International TPA & Cost Containment Services.

Our Client is seeking an individual with experience in a health insurance call centre environment (medical or travel insurance industry).

Candidate must be bilingual and have great customer service skills.

The individual suited for this role should be prepared to work 40 hours per week on a rotating 7 day schedule (7am-8pm) - including weekends and/or statutory holidays as well.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in the medical insurance field.
• Excellent computer skills, with motivation to learn new programs.
• Superior English verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Italian, French or Spanish is definitely an asset.
• Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends and overnight.
• Medical Terminology or background in the medical field an asset.
