NOTE: We are looking to fill multiple (2) positions. We have an opening for a permanent full-time Admissions Officer(s) as well as a temporary opportunity ending on or before September 5, 2025 with the possibility of extension.

The Office of the Registrar (RO) ensures adherence to academic regulations and processes that facilitate the provision of valued credentials. A strategic partner in program and student success, the RO champions NAIT’s educational model and provides subject matter expertise on admissions, enrolment, and student information system solutions and data.

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with a passion for helping people achieve their goals through higher education. As an essential team member within the RO, Admissions Officers work with other members of the Admissions team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This complex and busy role is a good fit for someone dedicated who is looking for a challenge.

The Admissions Officer is accountable for accurate and efficient processing of student applications to NAIT Degree, Diploma, and Certificate programs. Admissions Officers review, analyze, and interpret applicants’ admission documents and academic history, evaluating against program eligibility criteria for admission. The Admission Officer is also responsible for relationship management and communicating consistent, accurate and clear program admission requirements to applicants, Schools, and other RO business units and Student Services departments.

Remuneration : $ 48,257.04 - $ 62,451.48 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package (classification: Administrative Support V – ASV)

This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.
