Responsibilities
The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth flow of sales activities. The Sales Administrator will collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Sales Order Processing:
- Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete.

- Coordinate with different departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure prompt order processing.

Sales Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including meeting scheduling, preparation of presentations and sales proposals, and maintenance of sales materials.
- Manage engineering samples received from customers.
- Coordinate and execute pre-sales trials with the production team.
- Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare and generate sales reports, including business performance and customer analyses.
- Provide regular updates on sales key performance indicators (KPIs) to the sales team and management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, Teams, or phone.
- Provide information on products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.

Project Management Support:
- Ensure customer order forms are correctly filled out.
- Monitor project sheets and delivery timelines.
- Participate in operational meetings and ensure appropriate communication between the sales and operational teams.
- Act as a communication facilitator between all departments in general.

Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding proficiency in both written and spoken English, impeccable French.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
